There are a lot of things out there in the world that you can point to as stressful, anxiety-inducing, confidence-knocking and fear-filled. It’s exhausting, isn’t it? And in these times, is it weird to you to want to have fun, to experience that wonder-filled inner joy? You know you want to, but aren’t sure anymore what steps to take to learn how to play and have fun again.
You want life to be an adventure, not to be so hard. But how?
Join me for a seven-week (online) journey of your six senses, to culminate in that special extra sense – your sense of adventure. Each week there will be a group video meetup where we discuss each of the senses (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and intuition) as it applies to you creating your path to your treasure chest of inner joy. I will share tips and tools taken from over 10 years of my having adventures, big & small. By the end of the program, you will be ready to declare yourself an adventurer too!
Are you a woman, in her middle third of life, who uses some of these words/phrases to describe how you are currently feeling: stuck; overwhelmed by life; stressed out; anxious; trapped; dissatisfied; limited; un-confident; shame-filled; always giving to others; disconnected; bored; and afraid of change? I get it – I once used all that to describe me.
But you want more! You want to describe yourself with these words: free; liberated; playful; courageous; vital; joyous; fun; connected; enjoying the world with child-like wonder; inspired; and adventurous (no matter where you are!)
And you are ready to explore! You know change can be scary, and it can take time. But you are willing to take those first steps. Here is your first step - discovering through your senses your path to your playful, wonderful self!

I didn’t know how to have fun. After years of working and always being serious and giving everything for others, I didn’t know what I liked to do for myself or what fun was. I took the course and it helped me realize fun and adventure is important for a happy life and most importantly that I am worth it. I learned valuable information on how to find my Adventures and to change my mindset on so many things that held me back. I highly recommend the 7th Sense course and Adventure coaching. It really helped me find fun again.

I came into the program feeling really stressed and that my life is chaotic. By doing the exercises I felt some of my artificial restrictions were lifted and I have been able to change my inner self-talk. I stuck a photo of one of my adventures on the fridge to remind me about the joy I felt and to keep doing more of them.

What I have learned about myself from Stacey's program, is that I am capable of enlisting my own inherent resources, which by the way, are unlimited in supply and always available, in new and creative ways to exponentially expand my own happiness and sense of adventure in this world. I learned that I can take on new perspectives in creative ways to bring peace and harmony to my life. Specially, I learned to allow...visualize possibilities in my life starting with the idea and use of a vision board, explore my own tastes in music, savor flavors and textures with my taste buds, notice scents I enjoy most along with memories triggered. I have become more in tune with the present moment and to my own inner guide - intuition - all of which bring a sense of harmony to each moment.
Ginger M. of New York: I learned Adventure as stress relief. I became able to give myself permission to do play. It was a wonderful discovery to work on actively seeking adventures that shifted me drastically.
Liana D. of Indiana: So much shifted in my life. I'm taking time to breathe and enjoy the small things. I see myself differently. I decided to be more present with my daughter and was able to have more fun with her with less worry. I really enjoyed the books and helpful references.
Ema T. of New York: After the course, I felt I met my goal of being more open and vulnerable with new people. It's an on-going adventure and I have the courage to keep exploring! My biggest take-away is to follow my curiousity fearlessly
