And in these times, is it weird to you to want to have fun, to experience that wonder-filled inner joy? You know you want to, but aren’t sure anymore what steps to take to learn how to play and have fun again.
You want life to be an adventure, not to be so hard. But how?
Join me for a seven-week (online) journey of your six senses, to culminate in that special extra sense – your sense of adventure. Each week there will be a group video meetup where we discuss each of the senses (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and intuition) as it applies to you creating your path to your treasure chest of inner joy. I will share tips and tools taken from over 12 years of my having adventures, big & small. By the end of the program, you will be ready to declare yourself an adventurer too!

I get it – I once used all that to describe me.
But you want more! You want to describe yourself with these words: free; liberated; playful; courageous; vital; joyous; fun; connected; enjoying the world with child-like wonder; inspired; and adventurous (no matter where you are!)
And you are ready to explore! You know change can be scary, and it can take time. But you are willing to take those first steps. Here is your first step - discovering through your senses your path to your playful, wonderful self!
We all could use adventure in our lives , and this program will be the kick-start you need to explore how.
This seven-week program is limited to 15 women. With video technology, we are not limited to where we are in the world to meet! We will create a safe environment to allow whatever comes up – our fears, our emotions, our giggles or laughter!
As further support, you receive two 45-minute “Adventure Mindset Mentor” sessions (via Zoom). These are best used at the beginning and midway to explore your goals, experiences and goals.
You'll also receive one additional 30-minute session after the program has ended, to answer and questions and create your personal action plans.
